A withdrawal or cancellation must be made in writing (email or postal mail).

For hotel bookings (long-term):

• Up to 2 weeks before arrival: Free of charge.
• 14 to 3 days before arrival: 80% of the cost-covering price/monthly contribution.
• Less than 3 days before arrival or non-arrival: 100% of the amount.

For event rooms:

• Up to 14 days before the start of rental: 10% of the rental price.
• Up to 3 days before the start of rental: 50% of the rental price.
• From 2 days before the start of rental or in case of non-occupancy: 90% of the rental price.
