RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION POLICY

As a volunteer-run project, we need planning security. Please inform us of any changes to your plans as early as possible. The following

conditions apply:

1. Hotel rooms

  • Free of charge: Up to 14 days (2 weeks) before your planned arrival date, you can cancel your booking completely free of charge.
  • 14 to 3 days before arrival: For short-notice cancellations during this period, we charge 80% of the monthly contribution (cost-covering price).
  • Less than 3 days before arrival & No-Show: For cancellations less than 3 days before arrival or if you do not arrive, the entire booking amount (100%) becomes due.

2. Event rooms

Please note that the cancellation of a rental contract for event rooms must be made in writing in any case.

  • Up to 14 days before the start of rental: 10% of the agreed rental price is charged.
  • Up to 3 days before the start of rental: 50% of the agreed rental price is charged.
  • 2 days before the start of rental or later (as well as in case of non-occupancy): 90% of the agreed rental price is charged.

3. Deposit refund

 

  • The refund of the deposited deposit will be made within 14 working days after your departure or after the end of the event (provided there is no damage to the rented property). We recommend that you photographically document the condition of the premises at check-in and check-out and send us the images digitally.
