Subject of contract and use
Grandhotel Cosmopolis e.V. (Landlord) provides premises for hotel guests, artists (studios), and events.
- Studios: Use exclusively for artistic purposes (not for residential use).
- Event rooms: Use only for the agreed purpose. The maximum capacity for the basement and seminar room is strictly limited to 99 persons.
We value respectful, non-violent interaction. Discrimination, bullying, or sexual harassment will not be tolerated. The subjective perception of the affected person is decisive for initiating consequences (e.g., immediate expulsion).
Noise protection and night rest
The statutory night rest from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM must be strictly observed.
The following limits apply indoors for events:
A strict smoking ban applies in all indoor areas. Bringing weapons, drugs, hard alcohol, and animals (except assistance animals) is prohibited. Escape routes must be kept clear at all times.
Tenants are liable for all damages caused by them or their guests. The landlord is only liable for intent and gross negligence. We recommend photographically documenting the condition of the rooms at the time of handover.
