PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Payment method and due date

  • Standard procedure: Since January 2026, payment is made by default via SEPA direct debit mandate.
  • Studios: Rent is due monthly in advance by the 3rd working day.
  • Hotel (long-term): The rent for the entire period is to be paid no later than the day of arrival.

Deposit

  • The deposit must be deposited before use:
  • Hotel: 300 € (plus 50 € per key).
  • Studio: 300 € (plus 50 € per key).
  • Event: 350 €.
  • The refund will be made within 14 working days after proper return of the premises.

Social pricing system (Hotel)

To finance our social project, we use a solidarity-based 3-tier system. Tenants choose responsibly between:

  1. Cost-covering price: Covers the direct operating costs.
  2. Reality price: Based on market rates.
  3. Future price: Includes a solidarity contribution for the further development of the project.
